Program Description

Tripeak Roofing, LLC (“Tri Peak Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a conversational text-messaging program to communicate with our own customers and prospective customers about their roof inspection, estimate, or roofing project. Messages are sent by our team through our field-service platform and relate to services you have requested — this is not a promotional mass-texting list.

Consent & Opt-In

You opt in to receive text messages from Tri Peak Roofing by checking the SMS-consent box when you submit a form on our website, or by providing your mobile number to our office and expressly agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided.

Message Types & Frequency

Messages relate to your inspection or roofing service and may include: appointment scheduling and confirmations, arrival or crew updates, requests to call back or reschedule, estimate and project follow-ups, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies based on your project — typically a few messages around each inspection or service visit.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. The keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also opt you out. To rejoin, opt in again through our website or by contacting our office.

Supported Carriers & Carrier Liability

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and coverage in your area.

Privacy

Your mobile number and opt-in consent are used only to send you the messages described above. We do not sell or share your mobile information or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
